Foreign national arrested on child pornography charges
A 49-year old German was arrested on Crete charged with child pornography via the internet. The Electronic Crime Squad located the suspect during an international operation against child pornography with the code name "Pacifier".
A raid in the suspect's house revealed a hard disc with thousands of archives containing child porn material (video and photos) depicting babies and children up to 10 years old.
The foreign national was arrested in the past for the same crimes and a lawsuit for similiar crimes is pending against him.
