Public sector union ADEDY asks top court to cancel law increasing retirement age
Greece's public sector labour union ADEDY filed on Monday a motion to the Council of State, Greece’s supreme administrative court, asking to cancel a law that gradually increases the retirement age in the public sector.
ADEDY is specifically turning against a joint ministerial decision signed in October 2015 by Labour, Social Insurance and Social Solidarity Minister George Katrougalos, Deputy Minister for Social Insurance Issues Tasos Petropoulos and Alternate Finance Minister Giorgos Chouliarakis.
