Anarchists group assumes responsibility for attack against Turkish Consulate in Thessaloniki
The group "Antistate Makhnovists" assumed the responsibility for the attack against the Turkish Consulate in Thessaloniki in an announcement posted on an antiauthoritarian’s website on Thursday.
The attack with firebombs against riot police that were outside the Turkish Consulate took place on early Sunday 20 December.
The group says that the attack was an answer against the police state and the state violence and clarified that has no relation with a former attack against the same Consulate a few days before.
The attack was organised by approximately 60 individuals that threw 40 firebombs and stones.
