Athens' stock exchange temporarily suspends trading for 3 Greek banks from Nov. 27
Athens’ Stock Exchange announced on Wednesday it will temporarily suspend trading of the stocks of three systemic banks – Alpha Bank, Eurobank and Piraeus Bank – from November 27, in order to complete the shares' reverse split.

According to the announcement, the Stock Market's Steering Committee decided:

-The temporary suspension of trading of the 12,769,059,858 common registered shares of "ALPHA BANK A.E." (ISIN: GRS015013006), in order to be replaced by 255,381,200 new common registered shares, with new par value of €15.00 per share, as a result of the shares' reverse split. The record date for the aforementioned corporate action is Monday, November 30th, 2015. Commencement of trading of the new shares, with final par value of €0.30, following the decrease in share par value, is on Wednesday, December 2nd, 2015.

-The temporary suspension of trading of the 14,707,876,542 common registered shares of "EUROBANK ERGASIAS S.A." (ISIN: GRS323003004), in order to be replaced by 147,078,765 new common registered shares, with new par value of € 30,0000000856684 per share, as a result of the shares' reverse split. The record date for the aforementioned corporate action is Monday, November 30th, 2015. Commencement of trading of the new shares, with final par value of €0.30, following the decrease in share par value, is on Wednesday, December 2nd, 2015.

-The temporary suspension of trading of the 6,101,979,715 common registered shares of "PIRAEUS BANK S.A." (ISIN: GRS014003008), in order to be replaced by 61,019,798 new common registered shares, with new par value of €30.00 per share, as a result of the shares' reverse split. The record date for the aforementioned corporate action is Monday, November 30th, 2015. Commencement of trading of the new shares, with final par value of €0.30, following the decrease in share par value, is on Wednesday, December 2nd, 2015.
