Mytilineos Group reports lower nine-month results
The Greek-listed company, in an announcement, attributed this result to a series of external factors which had negatively affected its activities, such as the timing of contracts which affected METKA in the third quarter, a strong decline in commodities prices and a delay in completing a domestic energy policy.
The metals sector reported a turnover of 421 million euros in the January-September period, up 22 pct from the corresponding period in 2014, while EBITDA jumped to 85.9 million euros from 55 million, respectively.
