Greek state bond yields fell to the lowest levels in 12 months in the domestic electronic secondary bond market on Friday, with the 10-year bond yield falling below 7.0 pct, after the Greek Parliament approved a legislation with prior actions agreed with the country's creditors, paving the way for the disbursement of a 2.0 billion installment to Greece.

"It was not easy for the Greek government to pass this legislation," Felix Hermann, an analyst in DZ Bank said, adding "it is a significant step paving the way for the next installment of financial assistance and a positive factor for Greek state bonds".

The 10-year bond yield fell six basis points to 6.98 pct, near the October 2014 low levels, while the German Bund yield fell to 0.47 pct, the lowest level in three weeks.
