Tsipras congratulates Turkish PM Davutoglu on election win

Προσθήκη του gazzetta.gr στην Google Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras contacted Turkish counterpart Ahmet Davutoglu by phone on Monday to congratulate him on his party’s victory in Sunday’s elections.
Speaking to Davutoglu, Tsipras noted the need to maintain open diplomatic channels between the two countries, especially in conditions of regional tensions, while they also discussed the refugee crisis.
The Greek premier also confirmed he has accepted the invitation to visit Turkey as soon as the date is set.
