Athens Stock Exchange opening: Decline
Equity prices were dropping on Tuesday on the Athens Stock Exchange (ASE), with the basic share price index down 0.56 percent, standing at 663.38 points at 11.00 am and turnover at 2.02 million euros.
The FTSE/ASE Large Cap index for blue chip and heavily traded stocks was down 0.31 percent and the FTSE/ASE Mid Cap index was up 1.61 percent.
Individual sector indices were moving mostly downwards with the biggest gains in Industrial Products (+5.36 percent) and Banks (+3.14 percent).
Of the stocks traded, 18 were up, 14 were down and 10 were unchanged.
