Dutch tourist in IC with prolonged gastroenderitis
The Hellenic Center for Disease Control and Prevention (KEELPNO) urged for strict compliance with the sanity rules on the occasion of a case of prolonged acute gastroenderitis.
A 79-year-old Dutch who was on vacation on the island of Kos is currently hospitalised at the intesive care unity of a private hospital in Athens.
A series of lab examinations are currently being conducted to exclude the possibility of a contagious gastroenderitis, says KEELPNO in an announcement issued on Friday.
A KEELPNO group of scientists arrived on Kos for further epidemiological research and inspection of any other similar incidents on the island.
