Athens Stock Exchange opening: Rise

Προσθήκη του gazzetta.gr στην Google Equity prices were rising on Wednesday on the Athens Stock Exchange (ASE), with the basic share price index up 1.07 percent, standing at 674.59 points at 11.00 am and turnover at 4.2 million euros.
The FTSE/ASE Large Cap index for blue chip and heavily traded stocks was up 1.05 percent and the FTSE/ASE Mid Cap index was up 0.57 percent.
Individual sector indices we moving mostly upwards with the biggest gains in Health (+4.96 percent), Banks (+3.64 percent), Commerce (+2.48 percent).
The heaviest losses were in Travel and Recreation (+0.26) and in Telecoms (+0.12 percent).
Of the stocks traded, 36 were up, 10 were down and 12 were unchanged.
