Two Syrians arrested for forgery on Lesvos
Two Syrian refugees who sold fake identification certificates were arrested on Tuesday on Lesvos island.
A case file has been formed against the two Syrians aged 41 and 18 who are facing forgery charges and violation of law for foreigners.
According to the investigation, the two men were making color photocopies of documents issued by the police authorities to migrants and refugees and sold them to other migrants that are at the port.
The forged documents and cash found in the suspects' possession were confiscated.
