Wage index down 4.2 pct in Q2
The wage index in the Greek economy fell by 4.2 pct in the second quarter of 2015, compared with the same period last year, after a 2.0 pct decline recorded in the 2014-2013 period, Hellenic Statistical Authority said on Tuesday.
The statistics service, in a report, said that the wage index, seasonally adjusted, fell 2.1 pct in the second quarter. The same index, with a correction of working days but not seasonally adjusted, fell 4.2 pct in the April-June period.
