Jean Claude Juncker: We have reached an agreement
"We have reached an agreement, it was painful and long but we made it" announced on Monday European Commission President Jean Claude Juncker after the completion of the EU Summit on Greece in Brussels.
Juncker said that one of the key issues was the rebuilding of trust as well as the work that must be done on many issues.
