Potami urges PM to make 'honourable compromise' with creditors
The opposition party Potami called on the prime minister to make an "honourable compromise" and reach agreement with Greece's creditors, in an announcement on Friday.
"Mr. Tsipras will either make a bold move forward or stand still and be swept away by the tide of developments. We call on him to proceed with an honourable compromise," Potami said, adding that it was hard to know which of the "ultimatums" leaked to the press were real and which not.
"What is now certain is that there are no margins for shilly-shallying. If he finds it hard to make the decision alone, let him inform the political leaders and invite them to share the responsibility and political cost. The personal and party ends must finally be set aside. By everyone," the announcement underlined.
