Alternate FinMin Alexiadis calls on banks to reduce electronic transactions fees
Alternate Finance Minister Tryfon Alexiadis on Wednesday called on the Greek banks to reduce the large and unreasonable charges on their electronic transactions.
Within the framework of the efforts to combat tax evasion through the expansion of electronic transactions, the minister sent a clear message to the banks to align with the rest of Europe.
"We must put an end to these charges. They must become reasonable as in the rest of Europe," he underlined.
