National Bank to sell its entire stake in Turkey's Finansbank

Προσθήκη του gazzetta.gr στην Google Greece's National Bank announced on Tuesday a decision to sell its entire equity participation in its subsidiary in Turkey, Finansbank.
In an announcement, National Bank said that in the framework of a recapitalization plan and ahead of drafting and submitting a capital drain plan and a restructuring plan to supervisory authorities, it was informing investors over its intention to proceed, after taking all necessary regulatory approvals, to the sale of its entire participation in Finansbank.
