Greece's privatsation agency says will sell 51% instead of 67% stake in Thessaloniki's port

Προσθήκη του gazzetta.gr στην Google Greece’s privatization agency (HRADF) said on Thursday it will make some “minor amendments” to the conditions of the tender for the sale of a 67 pct stake in Thessaloniki’s port (OLTH).
According to the board of directors’ decision, the agency will initially sell 51 pct, while the other 16 pct will be sold to the highest bidder in five years and after it has completed the required investments.
HRADF also said the new conditions will be announced soon to all the investors who are currently in the second phase of the tender, adding that, according to the timetable, binding offers are expected within February 2016.
