The omnibus bill which includes the prior actions referred to in the agreement between Greece and its lenders must be voted by Thursday morning at the latest, government sources said on Tuesday, noting that the signatures of the relevant ministers have already been added.

The sources said that any changes in the cabinet (reshuffle) will take place after the vote, possibly on Thursday, adding that the changes will not just concern changes in ministers who disagreed with the agreement, but it will be a wider reshuffling for the improvement of the government’s operation.

The prime minister’s office also rejects the possibility of changing the government coalition noting that Alexis Tsipras does not consider as an ethical and responsible stance to leave his post after bringing this deal. An additional reason, the same sources said, is that the prime minister realizes Greeks don’t want to see parties and people of the old political system participating again in the government. Therefore, the government continues with the current coalition of SYRIZA and the Independent Greeks (ANEL), without changing its character.

The sources also said Tsipras has not yet spoken to Parliament President Zoi Konstantopoulou, on which issue the government has not revealed its intentions.
