New Democracy sues IT company for botched leadership elections
Main opposition party New Democracy (ND) submitted a lawsuit and applied for interim measures against the IT company which failed to conduct the party’s leadership elections last month due to serious technical problems, ND announced on Tuesday.
Interim leader Yiannis Plakiotakis authorized the party’s legal councilor to request the seizure of Infosolutions' movable and immovable property for the sum of up to 2.5 million euros. The temporary order for interim measures will be discussed at court on Friday.
