ANEL leader says he had requested abolition of ministers’ accountability act
Independent Greeks (ANEL) leader Panos Kammenos said his party favoured the abolition of the ministers’ accountability act which protects them from prosecution and had asked parliament to change it.
He also said he had requested lowering the wages of MPs, but in both proposals the other parties didn’t respond. “Independent Greeks will continue to insist on it,” he noted.
