Main oposition denies reports Tsipras has spoken to party leader
New Democracy (ND) denied on Thursday reports that Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras had briefed party leader Vangelis Meimarakis, with sources saying these leaks amount to a “political sham”.
“If these hours were not so critical, these leaks would have been ridiculous, but at this point they constitute a political sham,” main opposition sources said, adding that there will be a telephone communication later.
