New Democracy criticizes PM for focusing on intra-party problems
Main opposition New Democracy criticized Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras on Wednesday for busying himself with his party’s internal problems instead of focusing on Greece’s woes.
“While European parliaments were voting to approve Greece’s funding and the installments from ESM were pending, Mr. Tsipras is preoccupied with internal party balances, creating an environment of instability for the country and the economy,” the party said in a press release.
“Mr. Tsipras is provoking his own government and must find a solution,” it added.
