Greece will need to make further reforms so that the first disbursement is realised, European Commission deputy spokeswoman Mina Andreeva said on Monday.
The reforms that were necessary for the initiation of negotiations between the institutions and the Greek authorities on the new support program were completed on time and with total satisfaction, under the agreement of July 12, she noted during a press conference.
She added that the technical staff of the institutions are already in Athens for the opening of negotiations, while the chief negotiators will have arrived by Thursday.
