Alpha Bank to sell Bulgarian activities to Eurobank
The managing boards of Alpha Bank and Eurobank on Friday are meeting to examine a deal to sell Alpha Bank's activities in Bulgaria to Eurobank.
The initiative is part of a restructuring plan of Greek banks envisaged in the previous recapitalization program. The two banks will issue a joint statement later in the day.
